Chef de Partie
We are currently seeking an outstanding Chef de Partie to join the team at Cora Pearl restaurant in Covent Garden. You will be part of a tight-knit and supportive brigade, responsible for the daily running of your section and accurately executing and presenting dishes to the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who wants to develop their career in a quality-driven Central London restaurant.
The Role
- Helping the kitchen team during busy services and ensuring that all dishes are executed to the highest standards
- Guided by the Sous & Head Chef, you will help ensure the quality, consistency and delivery of the menu
- Opportunity to become responsible for more aspects of kitchen management to include ordering, stock control, compliance, people management and development
The Person
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience at similar quality-focused establishments preferred. We would also consider chefs starting out on their careers who have had formal training at a recognised catering college; if you're driven to cook we want to meet you
- Highly organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Passionate about food and produce, with a strong awareness of seasonality. Help us to define what outstanding modern-British food tastes like
- Excellent attention to detail with a desire to learn more
- A positive attitude and a strong team-player
- Fluent spoken English and the legal right to live and work in the UK
